These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheReachOS, operated by Vibhor Naryani ("we", "us", or "our"), accessible at thereachos.com and our Chrome Extension.

By creating an account or using any part of TheReachOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our service.

TheReachOS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to help individuals grow their Facebook personal profiles organically. The service includes:

• A Chrome Extension that injects AI-powered tools into Facebook for content rewriting, post scheduling, and engagement workflows
• A Web Portal at thereachos.com for managing your content calendar, scheduled posts, content library, agent persona, and settings
• An AI Content Engine that uses your own AI provider API key to generate content in your voice

TheReachOS uses a browser-based workflow assistant (via DOM interaction) to help you interact with Facebook on your behalf. Facebook does not endorse or have any affiliation with TheReachOS.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TheReachOS. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

TheReachOS is offered as a monthly subscription at $27 USD per month. All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your initial purchase
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes (taxes are handled by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record)
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then

By using TheReachOS, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
• Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service when using our Chrome Extension on the platform
• Not use the service to send spam, harass users, or engage in deceptive practices
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Not use the service to violate any third party's intellectual property rights
• Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to TheReachOS
• Use the engagement assistant features responsibly with reasonable daily limits

TheReachOS requires you to provide your own AI provider API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or OpenRouter). You are solely responsible for:

• All costs incurred on your AI provider account as a result of using TheReachOS
• Keeping your API key secure and setting appropriate usage limits with your provider
• Ensuring your use of the AI provider complies with their terms of service

We store your API key in our database to enable the service to function. We do not use your API key for any purpose other than making AI calls on your behalf within the application.

TheReachOS and all its content, features, and functionality — including software, text, graphics, and design — are owned by Vibhor Naryani and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of all content you create, save, or schedule using TheReachOS. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

TheReachOS is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or any other third-party platform.

Use of TheReachOS on Facebook is subject to Facebook's own Terms of Service. Automation of Facebook activity carries inherent risks including account restrictions. You use TheReachOS at your own risk. We are not responsible for any account actions taken by Facebook as a result of using our service.

TheReachOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee specific results from using TheReachOS. Results depend on many factors including your content quality, posting frequency, audience, and Facebook's algorithm — all of which are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibhor Naryani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use TheReachOS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to TheReachOS at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by emailing you or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of TheReachOS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
