TheReachOS ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by Vibhor Naryani, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at thereachos.com and our Chrome Extension.

• Account credentials (email address and password) for authentication via Supabase
• AI provider API keys you enter in Settings (stored encrypted in our database)
• Agent persona details: your niche, target audience, tone preferences, and writing samples
• Facebook profile/group URLs you add for scheduling
• Content you create, save, or schedule through our platform

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Activity logs generated by the engagement assistant (post reactions, comments made)
• Scheduled post history and status
• Basic usage data (pages visited, features used) for improving the service

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your Facebook login credentials
• We do not store your Facebook messages or private data
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not use your writing samples or content for AI training

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the TheReachOS service
• Authenticate your account and keep your session secure
• Execute scheduled posts and engagement workflows on your behalf
• Generate AI-powered content using your own API key (we never use our own AI keys on your behalf)
• Send transactional emails (password reset, account notifications)
• Improve and develop new features based on aggregated usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures each user can only access their own data — no other user can read your posts, settings, or activity.

Your API keys are stored in our database. While we apply industry-standard security practices, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a separate API key for TheReachOS with appropriate usage limits set at your provider.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

TheReachOS integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — web hosting (Privacy Policy)
• LemonSqueezy — payment processing (Privacy Policy)
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google / OpenRouter — AI providers (only used with your own API key; subject to their respective privacy policies)

We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to provide our service.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session on the web portal. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. The Chrome Extension uses chrome.storage.local (local browser storage) to maintain your session — this data never leaves your browser except for direct communication with Supabase.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain types of processing
