We stand behind TheReachOS 100%. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your purchase, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

1. Our Guarantee

At TheReachOS, we believe you should only pay for something that works for you. That's why we offer a 30-day full refund guarantee on all subscriptions.

If you signed up, gave it a real try, and it's not right for you — you will get your money back. It's that simple.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of your original purchase date
  • This is your first refund request for TheReachOS

Refunds are available for:

  • Monthly subscriptions — refund applies to the most recent payment

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is easy. Simply:

  1. Email us at vibhor7890@gmail.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — TheReachOS"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account

That's it. No need to explain why. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days and confirm via email.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase
  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after we approve your request, though it may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and access to TheReachOS will end

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — you do not need to request a refund to cancel.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to TheReachOS until your billing period ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period unless you are within the 30-day guarantee window

To cancel, email us at vibhor7890@gmail.com or cancel directly via your LemonSqueezy customer portal (link in your purchase receipt).

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to resolve any billing issue quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended.
